I've crafted this brand as a tribute to the versions of ourselves that no longer exist, a token of remembrance. Whether it was a time of being scrawny or overweight, grappling with low self-esteem, facing health and mental challenges, or simply succumbing to laziness—the past versions of you decided enough was enough. The person standing here today is a testament to the positive steps taken and decisions made for self-improvement.

For those who haven't yet taken the steps to change but desire to, and perhaps are held back by fear, this brand serves as a safe space. A haven where questions can be asked and knowledge can be acquired without judgment. We encourage an environment of understanding and support, fostering a community where growth and transformation are celebrated

Here at Requiem Athletics our motto is "At The Highest Level" because that is how we do things. No half assing, no procrastination, no laziness. We give 110% at all times in everything we do and I expect the same from all of you who choose to take a chance on us
